We are expanding our production capacity again.
This time we have added a new AgieCharmilles Form 30 EDM machine, with a high precision C-axis and 6pcs LTC.
Travel 600x400x400mm, max weight on table 1000kg+300kg on special occasions, best surface Ra0.2

ARC Tooling is constantly growing, and now we add a new Machining Center to our extensive repertoire.

The 15000rpm FV102A will increase our production capacity for basic milling operations.

New improved cooling systems

All our tool trial machines from Hai tien have now been updated with new powerful cooling systems to ensure stable and repeatable trial parameters.
All machines now have brand new separate heaters, flow metering systems, and water cooling systems (7 BAR 15˚Celsius).

ARC Tooling at PDM 2009

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all our current customers as well as all new contacts that took the time to come and see us at the PDM exhibit 2009 in Telford!

It was truly a great experience for us to meet everybody face to face but also because we really did realize that ARC has something different. Our customers seem to really appreciate the possibility to purchase moulds directly from the manufacturer instead of from a tool trader and the fact that we take full responsibility for the project, from beginning to end, with 100% control.

We also felt a much more positive attitude towards the future when discussing with visitors at the exhibition and we see great potential for ARC in 2009!

New coorporation with UK toolmaker.

A lot of our customers have expressed wishes that we should have a service tool shop in the UK that can handle modifications, alterations and other possible after-delivery services. Since this is also our setup in Sweden, where we are now the market leading mould supplier, we are very happy to announce that we have begun an extended corporation with an experienced tool shop in the UK, Premier Mould Services in Billingham, Cleveland.

Through this cooperation ARC UK will keep the same winning concept as in Sweden. You cannot lose if you play on a hand like that!

Jason Li to ARC Tooling UK!

Our head of design from ARC Tooling Shenzhen, Jason Li, is now working in our UK office in Reading as technical expert. Jason will be helping with the setup of our latest sales office and as in-house expertise he can make sure that our quotes and drawings are both opimized and fast!
